Rabbits are domesticated pets to! If you allow dogs and cats with a pet deposit you should allow a rabbit. I very much disagree that their an exotic pet, and don't think you will find that definition for a rabbit anywhere. From a very happy domestic rabbit parent.

Animals become part of the family and it’s disasterous to force a sweet animal out and leave sadness to the family

A pet rabbit is so similar to a pet cat! Please allow them in base housing.

Please don't take their family pet away from them. They are a very much needed pet to relieve stress and give love.

After all that military families go through with deployment, why would you take away their very loved pet as well? Many rabbits are not destructive to houses (mine has never chewed anything), so is it too much to ask that you inspect to see if the animal has damaged anything before threatening eviction? Dogs, cats and even children can be more destructive than most rabbits! This is an appalling way to treat families who sacrifice so much for your country.

If anyone knows the emotional support a rabbit can give its me. I have been homeless going on a year now and my rabbit helps me cope with everything.

Rabbits are cleaner, quieter and more easily trainable than dogs or cats. Get rid of this archaic rule.

rabbits are companion animals too! they don't deserve to be rehomed, they deserve to stay with their humans.
