We have two very much loved rabbits in military housing and have declared them to the housing officer, the double standards here are doubly annoying!

As a retired military wife of a 20 year USAF soldier, I am appalled that this base housing is not allowing bunnies on base as a pet. I have lived on many bases and we never had a restriction on bunnies. Please allow this family to keep their beloved family member, give the family time to get this beauty registered as a therapy animal.

I don't agree with her having to give up a rabbit. they are small harmless caged animals they cannot ruin any part of the house due to them living in a cage. dogs and cats due far more damage then a bunny would and a rabbit isn't necessarily a farm animal they are sold at pet stores if they were considered farm animals then farming stores would sell them not pet stores

As a pet owner and ptsd I say animals help so much some one to love on who will sit and listen to u and love u no matter what and takes a lot of stress away. They do not make a mess. Let them keep it its just a rabbit in a clean cage

Domestic rabbits aren’t your typical rabbit. Upon research you will see they are more tame than dogs and definitely cats. A bond with a rabbit should not be broken, they become your family.

Making people suffer for absolutely no good reason, please allow this family to keep their beautiful pet who obviously is well loved and cared for and is not harming any property. Please do not make a child suffer for some ancient and archaic rule.

Dogs and cats are more destructive than a rabbit if thats what they are concerned with.

I don't understand some people. I also have a pet rabbit that is harmless. They need to be more understanding.
