Our family has dogs, cats, birds and a house rabbit; our rabbit is by far the cleanest animal we own! He has never damaged anything in the house (that definitely cannot be said for any of the rest of our animals). Rabbits are very intelligent, litter box trainable, loving, gentle and extremely clean animals. Please reconsider allowing this family to keep their sweet rabbit!

For heavens sake it is a beloved pet rabbit, not a tiger!

The bunny must stay with the family, they are very attached with the bunny and the bunny will be stressed if they give the bunny a new home..

I honestly cannot see the difference between a dog/cat and a rabbit? As mentioned by others it's not a horse, nor a snake!

Pets are important! This rabbit is helping them deal with difficult times and is less destructive than a dog. Be informed.

Rabbits make the best pets and do the least amount of damage to housing. Please reconsider allowing this family to keep their beloved Lola!

This is absolutely ridiculous. Obviously this person is not informed or educated. Rabbits are excellent family pets and the family should be permitted to keep their rabbit. We have had a house rabbit for 15+ years. Get informed: houserabbit.org

Rabbits are the third most common house pet in America. They are quiet, clean and affectionate. Please let this family keep their bunny.

House Bunnies make the best pets. They don’t bark you don’t have to take them for a walk. They are litter trained and fastidiously clean. There poop drippings are odorless and contained in a litter box. It’s actuskky good for your garden. They are vegetarian and eat hay all day and a daily bowl of greens. My Bunny stays within a confined space or run. I used a baby gate to block off a hallway and now that’s nit even necessary. They are extremely social, habitual and a source of great comfort and calm. Bunnies over dogs or cats any day is better for an easy non destructive house pet.

Let this family keep their bunny. Bunnies are amazing animals. We have a house bunny, too, and he is amazing. I can't imagine our home without him. Don't rip this family apart. Change the ridiculous rule! They bring a lot of love and comfort. It would be wrong on so many levels to force this family to give up their furry family member.

Indoor rabbits are not the same as wild rabbits! They are not livestock and are pets just the same as cats and dogs. Ridiculous rule!
