This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. A rabbit? Come on, have some sense.

A very mean-spirited way to treat the family of a soldier who defends your country's freedom.

Please allow this family to keep their rabbit, which is viewed as an acceptable pet here in America.

Let this family, and others, keep their pet Rabbit. Rabbits are the third most popular pet in the US, and for very good reasons. They are quiet and don’t smell, unlike cats and dogs. I do have dogs and rabbits that live together in my house. All are spay /neutered, and are similar in the level of care they need, and the Rabbits never have caused more damage than the dogs .

Rabbits are wonderful pets, no more harmful than a cat or dog! Let her stay with a loving family!

Rabbits are about as domestic as it gets. Rabbits have become household pets all over the world and there is no reason why they cannot be considered in the same category with dogs cats guinea pigs hamsters ferrets and all of those other little furry babies .

Bunnies are much more well behaved than cats and dogs. They are quiet, do not make messes, non-destructive, do not beg to for food or asked to be let out. Please let Lola stay!

I believe this family should be allowed to keep their pet rabbit, as rabbits are much less likely to destroy a home than dogs are!

This is horrible! This is a domesticated rabbit and it’s their loving pet???? How can you be possibly so cruel and ask such awful and unreasonable request? It’s like taking your family member away????? Pls allow this loving family to keep this rabbit! It’s part of their family ! Pls

So sad thishappens. I so hope you can keep Lola. people need to understand that animals are not just pets, they are family and you do not just give family away. How would they feel if they were in your place. Sending you lots of love.

They need to update their rules - rabbits are becoming a common pet and should be permitted anywhere that allows dogs or cats

Unbelievable that a family is not allowed to keep their rabbit. The least offensive and most easy going pet you can own.
