The principal at our school traditionally gives a speech at graduation, but it would be a really powerful gesture if he gave up his time to a student. I would love to give my speech because many of my classmates can relate to it. Most of us are the children of immigrants and it would be so powerful to hear from someone that uplifts the Hispanic community. I'm an honor roll student, very active in my community, and have an internship at a middle school. Many people have read my speech and they strongly believe I should give it during graduation. I feel passionately about sharing my voice at graduation and want to take action around this, as taking actions is one of the pillars of international school. So please sign this and help my dream of speaking come true, my 12 year old self would really appreciate it.
