I Tiffany Beaux 100% agree that all makeup artist, esthetics professionals and cosmetologist should be allowed to perform their duties where ever whenever. Because of your laws I can not even perform haircuts to homeless foster children legally because I'm considered practicing outside of a un sanitary salon. There aren't only women like these ladies who have a career in makeup artistry but men and woman who want to serve the community on a regular basis and can't because of outdated rules that are completely unneccasy! I feel thay if we are using our equipment properly and following sanitation rules location should not matter.

As a hairdresser I feel strongly that Idaho needs to update their laws!! I also feel very strongly that all freelance artists should be licensed so we can protect our business!!
