I have knowledge of the parents of the home where SS is now. They are extremely devoted to the child and so is her extended family. I see nothing but heartache ahead for her if she is moved (I sometimes can't understand how these people in authority(?) can live with themselves!!)

Please make sure the right thing is done and this child stays with this family. It will do nothing but hurt her to remove her and send her across the country. These are good people.

This is nothing short of a major disaster and requires our Government to fire some irresponsible people, overhaul the MCFD and the legislation which has allowed this happen.

I know the family personally, and it seems that the ministry wants to go its way no matter about the welfare of the child. They do not seem to consider the trauma that will be caused to this child, should it be taken away from the environment, and people that she has know from the beginning. Please wake up Ministry of Families and see that you are wrong, and the child belongs with the only mother and family she has known.
