Stop the Lieberal government from re-raping Mojgan and every other imprisoned refugee. Time to drag the Lieberals up in front of the ICC.

I am appealing to you as a mother, a former nurse, a former advocate for those in community care systems, a former government worker and now an observer of the unfortunate circumstances that are gradually unravelling the very core of a once much admired country. While I may be able to come to terms with your preference towards a certain political position, I cannot see nor understand your position with regard to this young woman. The stance you are taking on this as we both know is purely political, and if you have one element of humanity in you sir then I ask that you allow this young woman the freedom she is most certainly entitled to as the survivor of rape, torture in her own country, detention in this country and higher than normal likelihood of further incarceration, torture, rape and death on her return to Iran. Inhumanity leads to one end Minister, a position in the dock at the Hague, a lengthy court case and very long gaol sentence when found guilty. You have a young family, consider the option that has just been presented to you and then reconsider the position of the young woman you intend to return to her death. Humanity Mr Dutton it is a very small choice, make it a favourable one for everyone. The young woman first and foremost.

It's time to action change for all people in detention. Australians we need to stand up and show compassion and kindness, not sit in silence through this cruel regime.

The current Australian Government is absolutely shameful on how it treats people such as this person. Where is its constructive & empathetic humanity.

Moigan should be released back into the community in Brisbane and allowed to have permanent residency as soon as possible. She applied for it under the rules in place at the time and the rules were changed afterwards. The rule of law should apply fairly to her.

Seeking asylum is not a crime. Stop disrupting Mojgan's final part of high school education and threatening to send her back to the county where she was tortured and abused.

Am praying for a miraculous release and reuniting with your husband. Treating people this way makes me ashamed to be an Australian. We do not need to be so hard on refugees when we have so much wealth to share with the less fortunate.
