Please release Mojgan to be with her husband. She has already suffered more than enough. Do something kind for a change.

We need to be better than this. If this is how Australia responds to the desperate lives of refugees, then I'm ashamed to be Australian.

If she has to go home, who will this country welcome. Free her back into this community where she belongs.

I believe in Australia, democracy and human rights. These things are precious, people are precious, love is precious.

Silencing dissent doesn't make criminal behaviour acceptable, how many times must it be proved?

Where has Australia's soul gone? Where is your soul Mr Dutton? This time in our history will be looked back on in absolute disgust. They will ask "how could we have ever treated a fellow human being in that way?"

This young women has gone thru so much pain and suffering. Mojgan fled her abusive environment to make her home in Australia, then found love, got married and NOW, I read how appalling our Government has and is treating her like a criminal. What has happened to our great country here in Australia? Where is the compassion, fairness and understanding gone? We as Australians are standing up against your barbaric treatment of human beings and we do not fall for your fear campaigns against asylum seekers. Mojgan needs to be released back to her loving husband and her community here in Australia.

The young woman is legally married to her Australian permanent resident husband who loves her dearly. Stand up for 'family values' and let this poor girl out. I have a son this age to to know a young lady is being treated so abominably by my government brings shame to us all.

Mojgan has the right to be in Australia and to be treated with the same dignity and fairness as you do! As we all do. She should not be sent back, she should not be separated. from her husband. My family were brought to Australia as we were refugees in the early 1980's. Australia did not treat us as criminals, but treated us with compassion and mercy. What happened to Australia since then? How can this nation go so far backwards? I am sad that this free and amazing country is becoming "un- Australian" because of politics, and forgetting that people have value as human beings.

Detention for more than the basic amount of time required to check for security threats (1 month in european countries i believe) is inhumane and unnecessary. We live in a world in which cruelty arising from fear has too much power! Through its current fear fuelled approach to immigration detention and treatment of asylum seekers, Australia is embracing and perpetuating the lowest common denominator of human existence - the same thing that drives the violence these people are fleeing from. Australia should be leading by example to change the culture of fear, not perpetuating it and making it grow.

Treat humans accordingly, not according to political convenience, which will be judged for what it is by history.
