This is an unjust move by the government that needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Please ensure this case is treated fairly and that Mojgan is allowed to apply for a spousal visa immediately. This feels unjust and is the symptom of a larger systemic problem in the way we handle refugees.

Is this really how Australia wants to be remembered in the history books?
Our policies on immigration, refugees need to be completely overhauled to become more in line with international standards. Human rights is something that I don't think Australia carrs for one bit unfortunately

It seems to me she is a genuine refugee and should be able to be with her husband who is an Australian resident.
