This is unjust for Mojgan to be in detention. Free this young woman. This is a tragedy in Australia. She cannot return to Iran.

We don't send our own juveniles to prison when they have broken the law and we shouldn't jail anyone who is seeking refuge and safety.

It's really unfair especially for a yr12 student. I'm a student from her school and we will show our support everyday for Mojgan

i sign this petition in the hope that it might help the Minister see that Australia has no fear of of this young woman, but rather wants to help her by extending shelter and assistance to her.

This is wrong on so many levels. Locking people away is against our basic human rights and it is NOT illegal for people to seek asylum in Australia.

This is disgusting what has been done to this young lady and the government should be ashamed of themselves

Detaining Mojgan is ludicrous. She should be allowed to live in the community. Finish school, become a midwife and an asset to the community. Allow her to apply for a spouse visa. Detaining her is just so wrong.

She deserves to be with her husband and to complete her education here in Australia. How can this government be so callous!!!

Why is this woman being denied a spousal visa? And on what grounds is she being held in detention? A full press statement from Mr Dutton to the people of Australia is in order I think.
Sexual abuse victims should always be helped.
