Please reconsider Mojgan's case. This is heart breaking & so, so wrong. Show that the govt has some heart & reunite Mojgan with her loving husband. Give them to opportunity to apply for a partner visa. Please Mr Dutton. Please....

Do what's right for once, Mr Dutton, not what's politically expedient. Such heartless cruelty has no place in what I still believe to be a civilised country.

Please release Mojgan immediately from her detention to her husband with his permanent residency. They have a very loving relationship and it is appalling to keep them apart on a technicality. There is no justfication for her incarceration on ethical and compassionate grounds. It is a shocking condemnation of our country that this could happen..

This cannot be happening. What is this country becoming? This young woman must be allowed to live freely and safely in Australia with her husband.

So much for women's rights. Such callousness is shameful.

This poor girl and her husband and schoolfriends have suffered enough. How can our government criticise domestic violence at the same time as condoning what she ran from, forced child marriage with an old man. Then say she has to go back because its 'just' domestic violence.
