It is clear that Mojgan has made every effort to assimilate into Australian society and to contribute to our country. I believe that she has earned the right to stay here and should not be sent away from her husband and new family. Our country needs to show compassion and understanding.

My husband and I are very sad about the position this young couple find themselves in. The least we could do as a country wold be to allow them to be together. They were legally married here and what risk is she to the country?

Please know that a majority of Australians do not support the views of the Minister. It is devastating to see a gorgeous person who would be an active and valuable member of the Australian society be detained for arbitrary reasons.

It's outrageous that a young girl, who has already been actively engaged in the Australian community whose arrival here predates the off shore detention provisions. No one should be treated this way. Its obviously a matter of shame for the current immigration minister Peter Dutton. He is an evil man. Why he is allowed to be in a position of care.

I cannot comprehend how this young woman who would make a great Australian is being denied that possibility. She survived appalling abuse in her own country. Her own Mother managed to raise money to facilitate her escape and against all odds she survived. She has found love finished secondary education and all she and her husband want is to be allowed to live their lives in Australia. Surely she has endured enough - what sort of country are we living in? This is truly disgusting and appalling

There has to be sensibility and compassion that's heeds at times in these cases. Disappointed in the minister for this decision.....I hope Mujgan is returned to her family here in Australia. Is the right thing to do.

The Minister for Immigration should begin proceedings for Mojgan's release into the community without delay. Her detention is morally unjustifiable and a human rights abuse.
