Who in all good conscience would possibly send this harmless woman back the danger she ran away from? What has become of our country that this could even possibly be considered? There has to be some kind of discretion for such people as her and others surely

I cannot see what the problem is. She is not a danger, has been educated, has a husband and inlaws to help her. Let her stay and contribute to our country. This is crazy!

Where is the harm in allowing this person to stay in Australia? She has demonstrated perseverance, commitment and honour.

Heartbreaking cruelty on the part of the Australian government. No one benefits from Morgan being locked up. Are we really so barbaric that we would look up this young woman on the pretence of deterrence? Shameful.

This lady has proven beyond reasonable doubt that she intends to be a productive member of society. Whether by refugee status or by student visa / eventual 457, Australia will benefit from her presence. If nothing else, have a heart.

I personally approach you to ask that you review your decision and allow Mojgan to walk free from detention in Australia. It would seem a just action, as the immigration rules prevent her from applying for a partner visa. I also request that you initiate change to these rules to allow for compassionate common sense. God has put you in this position of authority to do good.

Milan and Mojgan, I just saw Australian Story. I am so sorry that this has happened and join with others in supporting your petition. Thinking of you both, we won't give up.

This woman does not deserve to be in jail- no one should be forced to marry. Saying that she doesn't deserve asylum is saying that it's ok for her to be jailed for not agreeing to be raped every day for the rest of her life. This makes me sick.

Peter Dutton, shame on you for your uncompromising position on this matter. Let this beautiful young couple become the pride of this country. Grant residency to Mojgan !
