This is a disgraceful decision. Using the excuse that war has not forced her to leave her country is misguided and misogynistic. Fear of attack and rape, then death should guarantee this young woman safe haven here.

How is this not a volatile of human rights, and the right to a family life? Australia should face international sanctions.

Shouldn't we ALL keep writing to Parliamentarians to help Mojgan?

pls free this innocent woman - she is not a criminal - she does not deserve to be locked up - she is a victim of a use and a refugee. #freeMojgan

I just cannot understand the attitude of the current Federal Government. Why are they so inhumane? Words fail me.

It would be an honour to welcome Mojgan to our country. I ask all politicians to intervene in the sake of humanity and common sense. If you refuse shame on you.

I have just sent an email to Peter Dutton. Thinking of Mojgan and Milad. I hope they will be reunited soon.

If our laws do not allow us to protect someone from the type of abuse that this girl has suffered then our law, to quote Dicken's Mr Micawber, is an ass! Free this poor young woman into our great country where she will, undoubtedly, enhance our community.
