Dear Milad and Mojgan, I am one of thousands of people fighting to get Mojgan and all innocent people out of detention. I'm so sorry for your suffering. I'm doing everything I can to change Australia's stupid, cruel immigration detention laws. I know that one day Mojgan will be free and united with you again. Please never give up hope. <3

Mojgan cannot return she will surely be mistreated perhaps even killed. Please take this into consideration she has married and is living here in peace .Let her go apply for a spousal Visa and become a useful citizen they are both young and will both contribute to Australia.

Mojgan deserves to be free to live with Milad, her husband, in Australia.

She has every grounds for a partner visa application. Is genuinely married to an Australian PR. Having to leave Australia to lodge a partner visa application is a technicality which should be considered on a discretionary basis. We have allowed individuals deemed as genuine refugees to stay who have gone on to do terrible things - just as in this instance, discretion should have been exercised, in their cases to have rejected their stay instead of approving them based on the technicality of them fulfilling the test for being a refugee,and in this case of approving Mojgans stay based in her genuine actions taken remain as a productive contributing member of society.
