As an Australian I'm ashamed of the way my government has treated Mojgan. Her situation needs to be resolved immediately so she is allowed to return to her husband and life in Brisbane.

I support this petition wholeheartedly and encourage all Australians to join this effort to free Mojgan. We need to show that Australia is a compassionate country - not one guided by rules regulations and relying on a bureaucracy to process issues that require immediate solutions.

I have tried to sign the petition and it says my "signature cannot be recorded at this time" I hope you are not missing too many. What else can we do to help? I have tried contacting the minister [dutton] but I think he is blocking his ears .We must be able to reverse this wrong!

I have written personally to Dutton with copies to Turnbull and Shorten and hope such letters together with this petition helps sway the decision and allow Mojgan to stay.

Mojgan needs to be released from detention and returned to her family. She needs to be allowed to undertake her desired studies in midwifery an occupation that Australia does not have enough of.

this young woman fled in fear of her life - whether that is from a family or a government her needs for sanctuary are the same. She is married, well educated and able to contribute greatly to Australian society. Allow her to stay.
