surely if this doesn't affect those with a sense of humanity, it must the fiscally conservative. what a monumental waste of tax payers dollars. treating humans like this is an absolute disgrace.... not in my name, Dutton!

Free Mojgan! The treatment of her npby the Australian Immigration department is disgusting. Women in domestic violence situations need to be protected. Mojgan wants to contribute to our society and make a difference.

I have just watched abc Australian story and was very touched by this tragic story. It makes one feel embarrassed to be an Australian when an innocent person is treated so badly.

I am absolutely astounded to think that the rape and torture of a young woman are not considered grounds for asylum in this country. Once again the women of this country are being told by a man that their suffering at the hands of men is inconsequential. if she had been a man who has spoken out against his government, then she would be enjoying her freedom right now. Thanks Peter Dutton for confirming that misogyny and callousness are alive and well in Australia.
