Why not allow her to apply for a spousal visa on-sure and avoid the risk that turning down her assylum application was incorrect?

Any opportunity to counter or highlight Australia's grotesque Nazi-like immigration 'laws' should never be passed over. The Jafaris are a case in point.We have to support them. Australia is a disgracel

It is very wrong to separate family members. They are married. It's not like she's going to be living off the Australian government. It's things like this that make me very glad to be American instead of Australian.
