Tuesday the 28th is the villages final meeting on whether or not to allow dispensaries in our valley. This petition has nothing to do with whether or not it should be legal in New York state. It is solely for the purpose of stopping any dispensaries located within the village of Waverly. Our children do not have to have such easy access to this. Conflicts have already started to arise since the sticker stores have opened and it will only progress further from here if we allow this to happen in our valley. This has nothing to do with the medicinal side of marijuana. This is strictly towards the sale of recreational use marijuana. Please sign this petition and if possible show up at the town hall for the village of Waverly on Tuesday December 28th at 6:00 p.m.
