I am currently in a residential home due to my struggles, I am also unable to go out in to the community without having someone with me which limits my ability to go out, attend education, attend appointments etc. however if I had an assistance dog it would help me be able to access the community more independently and give me more freedom and improve my quality of life. Allowing me to further attend education and get me in the right direction to eventually be able to live more independently. Please sign this petition and help me convince the manager to allow me to get an assistance dog in the home to help me achieve my goals of becoming more independent

Kacey has fought with considerable strength for over a decade. To further her journey, she needs to gain her independence. As she can not always have staff available to escort her to appointments and simply get her out and about, an assistance dog would grant her that much needed support to continue her journey and with dignity and independence, providing a massive boost to both her mental and physical struggles. Kacey is a prime candidate for such support and the improvement to her quality of life would be dramatic, potentially shortening her journey to wellness considerably and saving an inordinate amount of future investment into her long term care.
