I bought few items from an ebay and paypal member, which turned out to be a fraudster, and paid £500 through PayPal, it has been three weeks I still have not received my order. Therefore I contacted PayPal opened a case and explained the situation that l did not receive my order. PayPal later responded to me by stating that the money is lost and cannot be re-funded without proper investagation. They have closed the case and refused to refund my money and advised me to contact the seller ( FRAUDSTER) directly as its nothing to do with them . I am really shocked and horrified because anyone using paypal supposed to be protected against any online fraud or fraudster when making any payment through PayPal, in this case and am sure there will be plenty more cases which PayPal have not kept that promise. Please help me get my money from paypal. Thank you all for your help and support.
