My dad keeps saying we have enough chores already but he clearly has not seen the pictures of golden retrievers I left on his pillow. I am currently plotting a strategy to show him that a dog would actually be very helpful for security and definitely not just for me to cuddle with all day.

I’m cuddled in to 125 lbs of mutt at the moment. Everyone should experience that! Get a rescue from HVGB SPCA!
I believe dogs are the very best teachers in responsibility, locality and unconditional love. I have 3 rescued dogs and they are the best!!

Puppies are hard work and lots of responsibility but the love and joy they bring makes up for it! I hope you get your wish!
