C J deserves to be the primary parent to raise his twins. The mother is not fit to care for her kids. Charlene is trying to get the kids father killed by her new boyfriend, Damon Artnette. He does drugs and have guns laying around the kids. He and Charlene are both a danger to be around, especially raising kids.
