I'm also an athlete at CA and I've watched her cheer... She's absolutely amazing and I really hope she is able to be on her school cheer team

The sweetest girl at my high school has down syndrome and she made the junior varsity team this year. She's made the cheer program as a whole come together between jv, varsity, and the competition team. She's works so hard and is so inspiring to see cheer! Everybody should have equal chances and accommodations for their situations!

Hoping Madison is able to live out her dreams! I've been following her for quite some time on social media and she inspired me as a cheerleader! I actually had the opportunity to coach middle school cheer and had a child with Down syndrome try out and made it! She taught me a lot as well as the twenty other teammates she had. It was truly a blessing to coach her and the Coyle coaches have no idea what they're missing out on! Good luck!!

Keep fighting for Maddie. One of the local schools here has a cheerleading team and one of the members has Down Syndrome. Her middle schools needs to open their eyes and be more included with people with special needs and not exclude them from activities.

I think the little girl should be able to do truly even if she has Down syndrome. Cheerleading is fun and is for everyone. She didn't ask to be born that way. She is still human and I think she should be on the cheerleading team.
