We as the Youth Citizen Action Programme (YCAP) have decided to intervene in Lwando and his family Situation, Lwando is a student at Toli SSS who is struggling to cope with his diabetic condition, and comes from a poor background and live in one rondavel as a family of 15, we have been urging government officials to get the family a RDP house, now we took and initiative to ask for donations to atleast build a 2 room structure, but we created this petition to send it to the municipality and pressurize them to build the family an RDP house
