Dredge our inlet please! If you don't, there will be dead yuppies everywhere this summer when they hit the bar (between the nav aids, where the channel is supposed to be) at 55mph in their yuppie boats! Plus, my boat drafts 34", and I can't navigate this inlet at low tide. There isn't enough water. And the nav AIDS are all wrong!!!

I use Blue Pointe Marina multiple time a year staying in their motel and renting a slip mainly because Lockwood Folly inlet is so close. I would hate to see Blue Pointe or any other small businesses I the area suffer due to not funding dredging of the inlet

Think this shallow water inlet should stay open and navigable for Holden Beach and Oak Island. Asking for fund for the US Army Corp of Engineers to dredge a navigable channel.

Hello, I'm Jada C. Johnston. This inlet is vital to commercial businesses as well as the retail merchants along the ICW. It would be a shame to let this inlet close for monetary purposes upon the State of NC. Lockwood Folly should remain open for everyone to enjoy and prosper! Thank you for your consideration.

As a charter captain in Wrightsville and Carolina beach, I know the importance of keeping this inlet open for navigation. If it is left unmaintained and shoals in lots of local businesses, hotels and rental agency's will loose business due to boaters going most likely out of state to use a navigable inlet south of there. It is very important to local business in the coastal communities that these smaller inlets be kept safe for navigation.

They need to open it back up support the building of that groin and not have to spend so much on dredging so often
Keep the inlet open.
