NPTCBC are a disgrace towards Christmas! must be jealous that this family can show more Christmas spirit on a small property than NPTCBC can show over entire town. so NPTCBC are you going to make every one take them down or just pick on one family? so sad!

It's his property if he wants to decorate it during the festive period for his daughter and the local kids he should, if the nieghbour doesnt like it he/she should move, i recommend under a bridge

The council / councillors are paid by / elected by us to make our town a great place to live obviously these 2 people don't share this value, suggest the elected councillors look into this and put these employees ( our employees) straight on what their values and role is. Support the community.

I live directly opposite and have the joy of seeing the Morgan's display get better and better each year, nptc should be ashamed. But then again they will not make any effort with the town lights. Be nice if the bbc get hold of this story and see if they can get a comment off this council

I've signed this as I think it's absolutely disgusting that the council are trying to stop this. It's for a good cause and I for 1 like going around on Xmas to look at all the Xmas lights it's not the same as years ago I got 2 kids and I would like to keep the spirits of Xmas going.. This council is corrupt.. All they think about is the money but don't don't think about the money when they set to have a bloody pay rise do they do they laughing then when they get extra money..
