Help Keep The GOOD Spirit In Cwmavon

I AM SPEECHLESS WHAT A COLD HEARTED COUNCIL WE HAVE

We have just been to see this very festive, awsome house! It's brilliant that they are raising awareness of their daughters condition whilst providing the public with some Christmas spirit! I wish the family the very best with the fundraising, it's such a shame that it has to be dampened by heartless neighbours!

This is for a good cause what is up with the council

There are houses up and down the country doing the same thing collecting for charities. The council know it is put up every year and should definitely given them more notice. It's ridiculous and what an act of narrow mindedness! They are doing nothing but good and bringing so much happiness to Cwmavon.

I think it is awful what the council is doing they definitely don't have hearts

I am stunned that someone would complain about something as amazing as this, we look forward to seeing this house every year. It will be a travesty if it is stopped. Instead of people complaining, they should be joining in. To think that this house has won a competition before now, and now you're thinking of stopping it. That's a contradiction.

Lovely display for such a good cause. Why would anyone object x

Please let the Morgan Family keep their family tradition of putting up and decorating their family home with Christmas lights, for the whole of the festive season!

I think it is appalling that a family who are spreading the joy of Christmas whilst raising money for a cause close to their heart are being told to stop because of thoughtless people. For shame on you Port Talbot council!!!

Fingers crossed we can change some peoples minds about having the display taken down! All the children and even grow ups look forward to this every year and its become a family Christmas tradition to come and see the display! It's amazing to see a family make such an effort for Christmas and keeping the magic alive for children, what a selfless thing to do! And let's not forget the main reason behind this display, to raise donations for charities!

Why should this kind person who is helping others at his own expense, stop doing what he is doing??? Is this another politically correct issue? They are Christmas decorations at Christmas time in our own country for pity sakes.

I am appalled if this isn't what Xmas is all about what is ?????

In this day and age there is enough sadness, this display brightens peoples lives and is helping others in the process. Why cant they be left alone

I hope she gets the operation that she needs I think it's a fab idea . What a great idea to bring joy and happiness to so many what's a few pounds to see children happy good luck
