This SLO is invested in his community- keep him there. Someone new would have to re-learn the community and re-gain the community’s trust. Moving him makes no sense... it makes LAPD seem impersonal when you see officers as pawns that can be moved with no value for community investment.

He is an outstanding officer and role model. To lose him would be like losing a valued piece of the hardor division.

There's a reason he was brought to our community to do what hes done, He has made a huge impact on the streets of Wilmington & has allowed the people in our community (including myself) have a voice & makes sure they know they are being heard. I've always felt the police that roamed the streets of Wilmington harassed many individuals for no reason, BECAUSE THEY COULD & abused their authority for their own self worth, instead of interacting and getting to know some of the people in the areas they cover. So now that we have someone that does that, let's keep him where he cleary has had the ability, the compassion & motivation to make a difference.

As long as I’ve know SLO Ferara he has consistently put team success and the achievements of people he comes into contact with above his own interests. He has carried this outlook into the way he contributes to the community he works. Officer Ferara exemplifies the saying, “be the change you want to see.”
he's simply the BEST!
He’s a good officer
Please to the right & proper thing!
