He is a very kind compassionate man. His kindness shows children that men and woman in a uniform is there to help them. He is an asset to the COMMUNITY , HIS UNIFORM &
THE PEOPLE HE SERVES.

As a born and raised Angeleno I can recognize a valuable LAPD asset when I see him or her. Officer Ferara is one of the most dedicated LEO's I've ever seen. Smart, and dedicated, he embodies exceptional community relationships and builds much needed trust. He provides a badly needed bridge between law enforcement and the community in today's tough environment, while he catches bad guys on a regular basis. He seems to have the energy of 3 men. I really don't know how he does it all. He's a rarity, and an exceptional asset.
