My grandson left ,because of the way servance handled his injury,and the way the coaches shamed him..the coaches did not provide any guidance nor emotional support..

There is no reason that this coaching staff has been here this long with the out comes they’ve had. Change is needed in order to give these athletes a chance to live up to their full abilities.

Our kids deserve better! As an alumni my wish is for the current and future Bronchos to feel the Broncho pride we did when we went to OHS.

My grandson worked so hard to get into Varsity and he made it for 3 years we kept telling him next year will be better and it wasn't and now his Senior year we can not say Next year!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in his lack of leadership. Our season has been the worst ever and it’s not because of COVID, 5 years! We have so much talent but he and his staff have no clue what to do with. Coaches not really paying attention to upcoming players and preparing them for next level. Our peewee volunteer coaches gave it there all -and without pay!

As a alumni of OHS and an aunt of two football players. I wholeheartedly believe we need a new coach. The players who are wanting to continue beyond high school and have a career in football don’t have a chance due to the way Coaches are. They play kids based on who their parents are and to keep those parents happy. My nephew who’s a JR on Varsity is an amazing football player and always has been and deserves to reach his potential and beyond. We DESERVE A NEW HEAD COACH!!!!

I think after all we have seen our kids endure we need a change. I’ve had two boys go through Servance and his staff. I’ve had them put down and not played due to them speaking up or me speaking up. This may not lead them to a championship but most boys go in with years of experience and start high school getting put down and leave the sport. For a few that stick to it, they are discouraged and their confidence is lowered. I’m speaking as a parent of two men that have cried because of what they’ve endured. The school needs a change.

As a former athlete's parent, there needs to be a change to help our athletes. Under this coach, my kid had many opportunities to help his team out and wasn't given the chance because he had something against him. There were also issues pertaining to interested colleges.

It's a travesty that we have given someone 5 years . Haven't seen any results and in fact has digressed to a level never seen before. And he still has a job.
