As a long time member of the homeville pta I find this news to be devastating. This school has become a family to all who have attended or are getting ready to attend and taking Mrs. Welsh away is like taking the heart of the family away. She is the most kind, understanding, and comforting principles I’ve ever had to work with. Please reconsider this decision.

Mrs. Welsh deserves to stay at Homeville. We have a great school. Why would you mess that up?

This was our first year in homeville my son kalieb still has two more years to go. Before coming to this school he would cry and give me such a hard time going to his old school. We met Mrs.Welsch for a tour before school started and my kids adored her. Kalieb felt comfortable and happy to go. She took my two under her wings for the first day of school and I knew that they would be safe. She also helped me with a very terrifying situation that happened with my oldest daughter who just started the 4th grade..She went above and beyond to make sure that situation would never happen again and it didnt. We respect and love the wonderful job she does for homeville. My kalieb who will be going into second grade he is devastated and I'm afraid he wont like school again...Shes an inspiration to our children...Please so do not relocate her...We need her in homeville this is her family and where she belongs...

Homeville and Mrs. W. are by far the biggest asset the school district has! Our children need the consistency, and she provides that for them. She knows every student (not just their names but their personalities, their strengths and weaknesses, and she knows how to motivate them as a group and as individuals). We need her to stay at Homeville!

Nothing good can come from moving principals around. They are the heart and backbone of each school and students and parents alike rely on that stability.

Mrs Welsh goes above and beyond for the students, staff and parents at Homeville. This would be a devastating loss for our school!
