I would love for Mrs. Brett to continued teaching Spanish at Sir John A Cumber Primary School, she make a great impact on my daughter, whenever she has Spanish class when she came home, she speak to me in Spanish...she's so excited about her teacher. My plea to let Mrs. Brett continue working with these children, thank you for your understanding.

My daughter is a year 6 student at SJACP and she loves Spanish class since having Mrs. Brett for her teacher. At this moment she is able to count to 100 in spanish confidently before Mrs. Brett encourages her to challenge herself.

I can only support Mrs. Brett due to her commitment to the highest standard in education and her dedication to teaching and caring for her students. Her impact in our child has been noticeable and we would live to have her working with our daughter for a longer period. If anyone may need to contact me in this regard, I am open to it. Mrs. Gema embodies the qualities of an exceptional educator. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled in teaching Spanish, but she is also deeply invested in the well-being and academic growth of her students. Her passion for teaching is evident in her enthusiastic and engaging lessons, which inspire students to actively participate and excel in their language learning journey. She is the reason my daughter is truly happy on a Monday morning, knowing she has Ms. Gema's Spanish class!

She is a fantastic teacher. The children love her and have a love for Spanish because of her.

Gemma is the most dedicated, loyal, caring teacher I have ever met. She touches the lives of each and every child who is lucky enough to be taught by her.

She deserve an opportunity to keep on doing what she does , in my personal opinion the Cayman Island educational system , shouldn't have the luxury of losing such a great person and incredible teacher, and an amazing human being ..

I have known Mrs. Gema Brett for 7 years, both professionally and personally. We started our teaching journey from Sir John A. Cumber in the same year and she was the Spanish teacher for all the year 4 classes I taught there until I moved to England. I have been a witness of her exceptional hard work and dedication that she puts into her teaching. She is not only an amazing human but also an excellent teacher whose goal has been to make a difference to lives of her students. In addition, she always amazed me with her exceptional behaviour management skills which are guided by compassion and love for every student in the school. She is so amazing at making teaching and learning so much fun that my class used to look forward to attending her lessons. Therefore, I request the ministry to re consider their decision and let her continue with her job, that she has done with utmost dedication so far.

Please renew Mrs Brett contract. The function she performs is of vital importance for all those children whose first language is Spanish. I myself am very grateful for the support she has given to my son David Viera Sánchez, a child who He came to school crying for not knowing English and today he is the class monitor and I am sure that part of that achievement that he has had is thanks to Miss Brett. Please, I beg you to renew the contract, it is very important.

The kids would be sad to see Ms. Brett go. She is loved by her students, my daughter being one of them. I hope that this can be taken into consideration and her contract is renewed.
