i have 2 ideas: use some of the tax money from pot sales?
allow atvs to be street legal in pueblo west, charge 35.00 per atv and use that revenue to build a motocross park x games style?

Love going to pueblo to ride. Warmer weather down there makes it possible in January to ride.
