Jenny is staying in Colorado. This win belongs to the 231 of you who refused to be quiet while we fought for her family. Keep checking the updates page because we will keep a close eye on her transition back to stability.
We are petitioning for the return of Jennifer A. Monson, to the state of Colorado, to serve out her probation. Jennifer is a major asset to the community and helps out with local events such as the Colfax Marathon, the Aids Walk. Volunteers for organizations such as Rocky Mountain Cares, has done fund raisers through her tattoo work for organizations such as the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Awareness foundation. Jennifer, has organized, food and clothing drives, book drives, and has taken up collections for families in need for the holidays continuously over the past two years that she has resided in the state of Colorado. Her heart and soul is in Colorado, and it would be detrimental to her and her four children to have to reside in the state of Montana, where she has very little opportunity to do the wonderful things that she has been doing in the state of Colorado. She may not have blood relatives in the state of Colorado, but she has a amazing support structure here for her to help her through this process and onto greater things in life.
I have been working behind the scenes this week to meet with officials and explain why my residence in this state is vital for my children and my community. Please call your local representative today to explain why my presence here matters to the people we serve.

We hit a real turning point today and the momentum shows just how much this community values Jenny. Now is the time to push harder so call your local representatives and tell them exactly why she belongs here in Colorado.
