Help Keep Hazel in Occidental

After 10 wonderful years of serving our beloved community, Hazel will be closing its doors at the end

of August. The building we've called home has been sold - and while this chapter is coming to a

close, we're hopeful it won't be our last.

Hazel was born from a dream: to raise our son in a small town, open a family-run restaurant, and create a life rooted in connection, creativity, and community. Occidental welcomed us with open arms, and it has been our greatest joy and honor to be part of this vibrant town ever since.

Now, we have a rare opportunity to continue Hazel's story - just steps from where it began. If approved by Sonoma County, we plan to relocate Hazel to the Inn at Occidental. This move would allow us to keep our incredible staff, continue feeding and hosting our loyal guests, and remain a vital part of the community we love.

But we need your support. Please sign our petition to show Sonoma County that Occidental wants Hazel to stay.

With your help, we can keep Hazel right where it belongs - in the heart of Occidental.

With gratitude,

Jim & Michele Wimborough

and the Hazel Crew
