Comedian/Actress, Love Goddess and Aphrodite of the Accordion; Judy Tenuta, IS a STAR. AND..... she surely deserves a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We need several thousand signatures to help get her there. Hence, this petition. Her career spans over 40 years and she is beloved not only by women, the LGBTQ plus community, but by ALL. She has starred in movies, written two comedy books, received two Grammy Nominations for her comedy albums, been on TV and radio umpteen times, and has performed her LIVE stand up comedy show on stages throughout the world that became her own religion: JUDYISM. She has not only donated money to many charities but has always and continues to make herself available to donate her time and talents to charities as well. Her career covers all the necessary requirements to obtain a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame. However; there are hundreds of submissions received yearly, and only 30 are approved. Obtaining a Star has always been a life long dream of Judy's, especially now that she has been battling Cancer. Her dream has now become time sensitive. By signing our petition, YOU as a fan can help get her one step closer to making a dream come true not only for Judy, but for you as a fan as well. I sat next to Judy Tenuta backstage on Rick Dees Into the Night. She had me me in stitches, trying not to laugh while taping was happening. Then she went out on stage and just killed it. Just one of the funniest and unique personas in American comedy.
Judy was the reason I started to do standup comedy and she is still my favorite comedienne and funny person today! Give her a star! If inflation is affecting the price of your stars, just etch out the name on Bill Cosby's as I have a feeling he won't miss it!
In 1984 I got my first taste of The Comedy Store at the Dunes Hotel in Las Vegas . I was addicted, made several friends within the sacred walls . Judy was as bright as any shining star… Let’s get her this star. A thanks to Bill for starting this and for Bobby for passing it on…..
Judy was one of the first comedy acts I saw as a young man in the early 80’s. I knew back when the world was different she was one of the first allies to the GLBT community. She gave and still does. Love

I’m so upset that just passed away I didn’t know. Just watched her on Byron Allen show at 130 am I’ve followed her for 40 years and I’m from Chicago. I’m devastated. Rip Angel I love you. I’m so upset she also was a wonderful human being. I wish had her accordion with her on tv show. Love you Judy

I worked as Judy's Fairy Drag Mother all over the country in 2007. She deserves to have this star for her contribution to comedy! And for paving the way for so many Female comics that followed. JUDY WAS A TRUE OG!!!
