Spending millions of dollars to fix a bunch off sewer pipes that rotted because of a lack of oversight and bad governing yet we can't let a guy whose life work has been spent serving the community remain in his residence. You make me sick.

People care about John and the town should not be able to treat a citizen in this way that will leave him homeless and with no compensation for his home. I hope the town will do the right thing.

I truly think what The town of Plymouth is doing is unethical, and definitely does not show compassion to another human being.

A longtime resident and beloved home vs parking spaces? A sense of community vs parking spaces?I'm hoping John and Plymouth wins out against parking spaces.

Please honor John's 25 year commitment to preserving this pristine beach area of Plymouth with a wonderful "green" home and a full respect for what it takes to honor its natural beauty! This is a time when heart comes before town rules and regulations. Bill Gino

I have watched with amazement on how this has unfolded for the past 5 years. I worked for John for several years and he has become a very close friend. He has done more for this town then most people know and he has never asked for nor wanted a thank you. He would do anything for anyone out of the goodness of his heart and many of his financial issues in the past are due to his unselfishness. The town has had numerous chances to do the right thing here but has chosen not to. What a shame.

John should remain in his home with a new lease. We all put the selectmen where they are today. They are working for the people of plymouth. Our wish is to present Scag with a new lease and go from there.

At the very least, John Scagliarini should be allowed to extend his lease for 5 years. According to information from the tax collector, he is current in his lease payments and is willing to reimburse the town for legal fees. I do not understand why the town wants him to leave. What harm is his presence causing the people of Plymouth?

Give this man a chance!! He deserves a home and did everything right! If you take it away from him after all that has been done you can't possibly be human!!!
John protects the beach. He's a non-paid overseer and should be allowed to stay. Its in everyone's best interest.
There is NO good reason to evict this man..
Leave scag alone
Let Scags stay! Do the right thing.
I support John Scagliarini.
