John is an outstanding resident in Plymouth. I'm always out on the beach and the first time I met him he was removing snow with his skid steer so all of the residents who own houses could access their homes in case of an emergency. That alone says a ton about him. Later on, a couple weeks later, I found a bike pump that fell off my bike on top of my car. John found it and went out of his way to find out which car was mine and return it to me.
This is yet another example of our town's government doing the wrong thing. This is a tipping point for me to figure out who is responsible and make sure my votes go elsewhere. We need new, progressive government leadership in this town, not this nonsense.

Political nonsense and FAT wallets of those who have no true investment but their personal greed and fortune lack Plymouth's best interest at HEART. John has been Long Beach's Stewart for a quarter of a century. Let it be!

This is a sad note on this town I love. To quote Joani Mitchell, "They paved paradise to put up a parking lot...a big yellow tractor pushed around my house, pushed around my land." This is a blight on paradise. Please let John stay. Don't let the political give way to the personal.

Let him stay in his home. Shame on anyone not renewing his lease. If he is current on his taxes there is no reason to not renew. More parking soaces will just create more abuse of this beautiful land. He's been improving it for years.

He's up to date on his taxes and spending his time and own resources bettering the beach, so why kick him out? Over 6 cars? You'll end up closing the beach the majority of the summer over birds, so who needs those 6 spots anyways. Government respects birds more than long term tax paying citizens, it's disgusting. Whoever is at the helm of this awful proposal just get a clue, you're embarrassing yourselves.
