As an advocate for the beach for his entire life, John should be able to continue to reside on the beach. ITs not an easy place to live, and John has made many sacrifices.

John has made full restitution on all his outstanding liabilities with the Town of Plymouth. Please allow him to continue his residency (subject to all requirements of the lease provisions) and his longstanding stewardship interest of Plymouth Long Beach.
Respectfully,
Bob Canevazzi

Seems to me that a life long resident of Plymouth, who has paid his taxes, and has planted beach grass, and tended to the beach, has the leagal right to remain in his own home. If you renew a lease for Golden Road after all the problems and money that person has caused the town , it shold be quite a simple decision to have John stay in his home. This is blatantly unfair to renew a lease or two for Golden Road, after the town was forced to spen over $100,000 to litigate the issues there. To evict someone from their own home without compensation will bring legal problems for the town. His home, is priceless to him, but could cost the town hundreds of thousands in legal fees . Another case of who do you know? This is wrong.

Does anyone know how/where/when residents can voice concerns in person? In-person protest is always more successful than online petitions (while still good) so I'd like to go to a town meeting or something to voice my disgust for the Town's decision.

Scag's been the steward of Plymouth Beach for as long as I've been alive and I can't imagine it without him. The man is a Plymouth legend and an integral & unique part of this community.

Are you kidding me! The town of Plymouth lets an out of state person take our beach away from us and now wants to take a home away from a true Plymouthian. This is the lowest. Let him live and love his home.
