She should have every right to make the arrangements and say her goodbyes. There's absolutely no reason why she shouldn't yet alone his own flesh and blood (His daughter) and step daughters. I believe she has every right to this. They were common law marriage. I believe his family is on the wrong for this.

Common law marriage or legal marriage any partner should be able to say last goodbyes to their beloved. This was a tragic death and so sudden so allow them to say goodbye so they are able to grieve and heal.

I believe they should let his wife decide what she wants and his family to leave all drama aside being the son who's life was taken we all know he wouldn't want to see all this going on let him rest in peace prayers for both sides
