Dear Residents of 12 Elman Rd Cheltenham Vic
My name is Jeffro, and I live in unit 307, I am reaching out to ask for your help to avoid my eviction due to claims I have endangered the safety of neighbours, myself or my agent, contractor or employee.
By opening the lock boxes onsite (which were open) for maintenance and emergencies services, and stealing the keys and fob. It is then claimed that,
- I had advised that I engaged residents telling them I could access other residents apartments using the master key (which there is not 1) and fob (which all residents have).
- Megan also claims that I have made copies of the imaginary Master key and she is fearful of the residents safety.
Obviously I categorically deny these accusations.
This community means a lot to me, and security & safety is what I have been trying to improve. I need your help to stay in my home as I am being evicted.
Please sign this petition to request that our property management allow me to stay by listening to people who pay her wage. I will also be seeking legal advice on this matter and will be seeking VCAT intrervention.

I do believe 100% that Jeffro only had our safety and best interests in mind.I don't believe Jeffro would ever enter any of our appartments uninvited.I feel more unsafe knowing people wander around the car park gaining entry through the roller door,I have seen undesirables in the car park many times.I felt unsafe knowing there was a key/fob in the car park ,stored in a small plastic box.A key/fob to our apartments that anyone had access to if they really tried.I am not happy along with other tenants,that there was ever a key/fob in the car park.If Jeffro did remove these it would have only been with the safety and interest of everyone here.Jeffro has only ever gone above and beyond helping everyone ,he also created a community chat group that has been extremely helpful.
The most helpful man in the complex by no doubt…

Jeff is one of favourite neighbours, he has done so much for this building and for us, I believe he should stay.
