This petition is to get Uinta City to let us put up the Memorial for Jayden Blake Rathbone in a spot off the side of the road where Jayden was hit he passed away after 26 days of fighting for his life the point of this Memorial is to raise awearness about slowing down and watch for children on dark roads. On Halloween night we put up a Memorial that Mayor Bybee ordered the Memorial to be taken down. We got the Memorial back and was to recive a permit for the Memorial to be a permanent Memorial on the site and because it is Crystal and her friends and family putting up the Memorial up the grandmother (Darleen Rathbone) of Jayden went to the city and got an injuction to have the memorial stoped from being put up I don't know why she is fighting to keep this from going up but we are going to fight to get it up please help us and show that not only people in Uinta City and Ogden City think that this is a good thing and that it is not hurting anyone for us to put it up and that it is just raising awearness to drivers to slow down. this is just the kick off of the Help Jayden Light The Way Memorial you can go to our facebook page that is names Help Jayden Light The Way Memorial.

Absolutely ridiculous that the city would do this. Put it back up and leave it alone!
This is just sad. Let them have their memorial. It hurts nobody and helps keep people alert on that road.
The mayor needs to get his priorities straight. A memorial is just a reminder to drive safe. Why is the city fighting this so hard???
My heart breaks for the family. Everyone deserves a place to pay their respects to Jayden. Justice for Jayden!
