I'm sorry to sign this petition but there are plenty of Urgent Care facilities near Huntington for people to access. This current location would be a horrific addition for people trying to travel east on 25A which is already a problem or for seniors traveling to the Senior Center, and for the YMCA and all the buildings behind the Y. Additionally, in my opinion, hazardous waste would potentially be next door to the private homes directly behind it. This would be a great location for the purchaser of the property but it is not necessary for Huntington and would not actually help Huntington as we are led to believe. Thank you.

Huntington is long known for its colonial roots. Taking a spot that we know George Washington visited and turning it into the commercial building that is planned makes no sense. And, traffic is atrocious there already.

Was a study done to review the traffic now , and what about ambulances that are having trouble getting through now due to traffic that already makes it difficult for them to get through for emergencies. I would hate to think that someone loses their life due to this! What if it was you or your family member in the emergency and couldn't get the urgent care they need. How many lives will need to be lost only to find this was a BAD idea!
