This movie looks like the dumbest idea ever put into someone's head. It's one of those movies that's made by 30-40 something adults trying to make money off of the internet and stuff kids like. It's happened so many times.. Disney XD and Cartoon Network's had horrible attempts at making a show for a gamer audience, but at least it actually had a decent idea. THIS IS A FEATURE-LENGTH FILM ABOUT LITTLE FACES INSERTED INTO YOUR PHONE TEXTS. Does it sound dumb yet?

Don't do this. Just. Don't. Don't do it. The emoji obsession is possibly the most annoying and incomprehensible thing to begin with. The LAST thing I need is for my students to come in wearing "Emoji Movie" t-shirts. Please DO NOT release this movie. Just don't do it.
