Hi, my names Dolores Barbour, and I'm trying to gather lots of signatures to help get our three children out of the grandparents home, and back with us where they belong. We are in probate court now in Woodstock VT, and having to battle the grandparents on my boyfriends side, to make them give our children back.

This whole horrible thing started on Dec 1st, 2009, when Springfield VT DCF worker, had the White river Judge sign the ok to take our children on the "hear say" of his family and other people saying we abused them and did horrible things to them and we were "homeless" when we were not ever, homeless with our children.

So my boyfriend and I got run through the White river court system, and VT DCF closed everything out, in 2011, because of no evidence of us everdoing anything to our children. DCFput our children through five months of hell in foster care, where theyalmoststarved to death, now they are with the grandparents, and like I said VT DCF is closed out as of 2011, and there are no more White river court hearings, now we are in probate court in Wood stock VT, trying to prove our case, and fight the grandparents for our children back.

There is no state of VT or VT DCF involved, we just are trying to prove our case against the grandparents now, in probate court, we have a hearing this July. We are darn good parents wholost our children for no reason, and have not had our 3 children for FIVE YEARS NOW!!
