I know from experience, and from friends that they don't give refunds. I contacted staff shortly after having my account terminated and they marked my ticket as solved without replying, so I made a new one requesting my money be refunded. They told me they do not give out refunds.
According to the ACC "It is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales.
Your rights under the consumer guarantees do not have a specific expiry date and can apply even after any warranties you've got from a business have expired."
When I mentioned that I received an email telling me I'd been blocked from the Help Desk. That means I cannot contact the staff by email, by my banned account or by any other methods. They know what they are doing, they know they are in the wrong, and they are stealing our money!
We want our money back!

I remember I was moving accounts and wanted to get my Premium Membership moved as well, a lot of my friends in the past have gotten theirs transfered over to different accounts in the past. They did not allow mine to get transfered at all and my account was soon banned because I had logged in from a 'Banned IP' and did not allow a refund OR at least a transfer.
Da banned me a month or so ago for apperently 'strealing' when i did no such thing! i told them there was a mix up and would even give my points to those who lost some via this scammer but they will not listen at all. I had a 3 month PM left and 535 points and $0.20 in my balance
I know they don't care about petitions directed at their website, but if they can incur potential legal trouble, I think they'd be wise to give refunds.
