Federal Express has stopped servicing Decatur. They are still contracted with the vendors to ship here but our packages are inconveniently no longer making it to Decatur. Instead, they are ending up everywhere or at the very least....Burlington. Which means a day's journey on a very expensive boat ride. That is not delivery service! Fedex has told us that they realize it is a problem that they are no longer servicing our island, but they are looking for some reassurance that it is something that we need. I promise you, WE NEED THIS! It's 2017! For us, delivery service is MOST important! Just about everything is Amazon Prime now! Don't put us back in the stone ages!
