I want to draw your attention to the devastated floods that has brought massive destruction to entire kashmir valley with millions stranded on rooftops and property worth millions destroyed. 80% of srinagar city is in water with entire communication down including Internet, mobile phones,etc. The hospitals are flooded with water and deserted by doctors. 50 babies have died In GB pant hospital due to non availability of essential medicines. The fear of water borne diseases is eminent. We have witnessed animal carcass floating on water. We appeal WHO to send a team of doctors to avoid the worst.

I agree with Mr. Shuja as it is declaired flood of the century. Then it is understood that the requirements are obviously visible to have their visit prevention is better than cure.Govt has failed to ensure the safety of health despite of several Reminders of several institutions related to weather and nature protection. 50 percent of wet lands, ponds, lakes have been filled with constructions and roads.currect medical resourses are not ever 0.1 percent to save the kids.
